At JNC Filter Vietnam Co., Ltd., safety in production has always been our top priority. To raise employees’ awareness of occupational accident prevention, the company organizes an annual Safety Experience Training for all staff.
Through this program, employees are able to:
- Directly experience simulated hazardous situations that may occur in the workplace, such as falls, electric shocks, falling objects, or toxic gas exposure.
- Identify potential risks more clearly and understand the importance of complying with safety rules and procedures.
- Learn how to respond quickly, accurately, and safely in emergency situations.
The purpose of this activity is not only to improve response skills but also to cultivate a proactive mindset toward safety, contributing to the creation of a safe, professional, and sustainable working environment.
